The Association: COEUR ENFANCE
The club has donated 500€ to this association in 2018.
The "Coeur Enfance" association, which primarily supports single-parent families with children up to 12 years old, brings together volunteers from the Gulf's service clubs.
Chaired by André Falconnet, she continues her missions to the most disadvantaged through the social workers of the department of Var and the PMI (maternal and child protection), which indicate in the Gulf critical situations. "The goal is to respond quickly to needs, says André Falconnet. We make it a point of honor to act within 48 hours Milk, diapers, rent regulations, water or electricity bills, have a car repaired, pay for medical care, they are our actions. We also distribute gift vouchers at Christmas time, 30 euros per child. Last year we rescued 40 children and 31 families in the Gulf. "
"We are a dozen and the association that works thanks to donations, the generosity of volunteers, but also promotional operations carried out in the year (sale of clothing in Cogolin, "oysters" operation in Cavalaire which brought together 120 people ...), concludes the president who is worried however to see the number of cases of distress increase each year.
